Therapeutical Class：Aminopenicillins, inhibit cell wall synthesis by inhibiting the final transpeptidation step of peptidoglycan synthesis

Indication：G(+): S. pneumoniae, penicillin sensitive Staphylococci, Enterococci; G(-): H. influenzae, E. coli, P. mirabilis.

Administraton：PO.

Adults: 250-500 mg q8h, max 2-3 g/day.

Renal impairment: Ccr 10-30 ml/min, 250-500 mg q12h ;

Ccr <10 ml/min , 250-500 mg qd ;

Hemodialysis: 250-500 mg qd.

H. pylori eradication: 1 g twice daily for 7-14 days.

Children<3 months: 20-30 mg/kg/day in 2 divided doses.

Children>3 months: 20-50 mg/kg/day in 2-3 divided doses.

Adverse Effect：Seizure, fever, skin rash, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea.
